Shobhit Baadkar is one of the founding partners of TITAN AEC. He started the Los Angeles & San Francisco offices of CVIS and later brokered its acquisition by another Autodesk resller. With over 20 years of experience in design & construction, Shobhit has trained and implemented hundreds of users operating various Autodesk AEC software applications. He is an Autodesk Implementation Certified Expert and an Autodesk Revit Certified Professional. He has been invited to speak nationally at various professional organizations, conferences, and universities throughout the country. He is also an Guest Lecturer at the University of Southern California (USC) where he lectures about Building Information Modeling at Viterbi School of Engineering. Mr. Baadkar heads up all business development and corporate strategy for TITAN AEC.
Shobhit graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Economics.
Blaine Grantham is one of the founding partners of TITAN AEC. He has spent more than 20 years in the AEC industry, which includes experience in the design of ballistics and telecommunication systems. Prior to TITAN AEC, Blaine worked for the State of California (Real Estate Services Division) as the CAD Manager for Studio 2 where he established CAD standards, customized content, and assisted in the implementation of AutoCAD Architecture to 60 users. Blaine is also an Autodesk Implementation Certified Expert. Blaine currently implements BIM solutions throughout the country and instructs various firms on the use of BIM. Mr. Grantham is currently implementing BIM various projects in Northern California and spearheads the usage of laser scanning technology within the AEC market segment.
Blaine graduated from Consummes River College in Architectural Design. Mr. Grantham is an Autodesk Implementation Certified Expert, Bluebeam Certified Instructor and holds a Certificate of Management in Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM).
Tony Tutay is the Senior Technical Specialist for TITAN AEC. Mr. Tutay has experience in a wide range of applications, ranging from graphic and visual design solutions to BIM modeling and analytical applications, and has worked on a number of residential, commercial, government, education, and interior projects. He is an Autodesk Revit Certified Professional, Bluebeam Certified Instructor, LEED Accredited Professional, and holds a Certificate of Management in Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) from the Association of General Contractors
Tony graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s in Architecture. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, photography and musical concerts.
Mario Trujillo is a VDC Manager for TITAN AEC currently on assignment at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Mr. Trujillo has extensive project experience in infrastructure projects such as aviation and civil engineering projects. His professional experience enables him to coordinate and synthesize complex engineering, design, and aesthetic information into graphic and comprehensible drawings that are able to be understood by the general contractor and their various trade subcontractors. Mr. Trujillo is leading all building information modeling efforts that utilize the integration of the Autodesk AEC Collection which includes Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Point Layout, Autodesk Navisworks, Bentley Synchro and Autodesk ReCap.
Mario graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Project Management. In his spare time he enjoys soccer and coaches his daughter’s traveling soccer team. Recently, Mario was recognized by Autodesk as one of the Top 40 under 40: Construction Champions of 2019.
Christopher Rush is a Technical Specialist focusing on building information modeling (BIM) for architecture and construction for TITAN AEC who graduated from Westwood College of Design. He is an architectural design professional experienced in working in large AEC project environments within a consulting and production framework. Christopher has extensive project experience in the architectural and construction projects that utilize reality capture and virtual reality.
Roy Lin is a Technical Specialist focusing on building information modeling (BIM) and virtual design & construction (VDC) for the architecture and engineering market segment. He completed his undergraduate studies in architecture at Northeastern University in Boston and completed his graduate studies in building science at the University of Southern California (USC).
Subbaiah Sudanagunta is an intern for building information modeling (BIM) and construction technology. He is currently focusing on the integration of various technologies such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk ReCap, Unity 3D, LiDAR, Mixed Reality using Microsoft HoloLens and Virtual Reality using Oculus (from Facebook).
He is currently OSHA-10 certified and Procore Certified.
Randy Waite is the Business Development Executive for TITAN AEC. His previous professional experience includes being a Manufacturer’s Rep for the HVAC industry. This has given Mr. Waite experience in the AEC industry. He is driving design and business transformation of various firms implementing building information modeling (BIM) in all areas of architecture, engineering, construction, and owners/developers.
Randy Waite graduated from Loyola Marymount University where he played Division One NCAA baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys baseball and golfing. He mentors various developing baseball players at the high school and collegiate levels.
Joe Duran is an IT Consultant who works for TITAN AEC. He has been implementing information technology for over 10 years, with over 6 years in the AEC market segment. As a Microsoft Certified Professional, he can configure Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks. He can connect job trailers to regional offices and/or corporate headquarters.
Adam Lega was an Implementation Architect for Revit Technology Corporation prior to the Autodesk acquisition in April 2002. Mr. Lega has an acute understanding of the Revit platform and it’s usage across multiple disciplines such as architecture, structure and MEP. He is actively involved with the Association of General Contractors (AGC Missouri) by assisting in the planning of their annual design and construction technology conferences. He is also certified to teach Units 1, 2, and 4 for the CM-BIM program by the AGC. Adam graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture.
Jay Zallan is a Realities Advocate, VDC Strategist, BIM Implementation Certified Expert & AEC project director who enjoys a wide-ranging portfolio. Mr. Zallan has worked on an extensive array of projects while moving the needle of innovation within the AECO project delivery framework. Mr. Zallan has focused on continuous VDC research, development and production redefinition for Project Team Management and delivery strategies. Responsible for hundreds of millions of dollar and major square footage multi-use projects. He has been a guest lecturer for University of Southern California, the BiLT Technology Conference and Autodesk University.
