Edition Hotel – West Hollywood

EDITION Hotel is a personal and unique hotel experience envisioned by Ian Schrager and Marriott International.  This beautiful project was designed by HKS Architects and constructed by Pankow Builders. TITAN AEC hired directly by Marriot International to validate room square footage for facilities management and hotel operations.  TITAN AEC educated the facility engineering group about building information modeling (BIM) and laser scanning technologies.  Our consulting team laser scanned various rooms throughout the hotel to ensure that square footage calculations were in alignment with the record construction document set.
